Position Summary
The Chief of Staff serves as the President's executive partner and strategic advisor. This position transforms vision into action by helping build organizational systems, coordinating operations, recruiting talent, managing projects, and supporting the President in achieving NetCore's mission.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited about helping build an organization from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the President on strategic planning.
- Coordinate daily organizational operations.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing staff and volunteers.
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, and organizational systems.
- Manage executive schedules, priorities, and follow-up.
- Oversee projects from planning through completion.
- Assist with grant writing, fundraising, and community partnerships.
- Support marketing, social media, and public relations.
- Help develop future leaders within NetCore.
- Maintain Five-Star Standards of professionalism, integrity, and service.
- Learn every major department and assist wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable learning AI tools and new technology.
- Experience in nonprofit leadership, administration, project management, healthcare, military leadership, business operations, or human services is preferred but not required.
