What You’ll Do as a DQ Shift Lead:
- Lead, coach, and motivate crew members during shifts
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Assist management with training, and crew onboarding
- Oversee product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 16+ with availability most evenings
- 1+ year of any leadership experience preferred
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
Schedule:
- Available at least 3 evenings Mon-Thurs and 2 evenings Fri-Sun
