What you'll do:
- Close, don't chase. We hand you the leads and the targeting, so your time goes into conversations, not digging up who to call.
- Sell something owners actually want. Show them what they're losing to card fees every month and how dual pricing takes it to zero so they keep 100% of every sale. The frustration is already there, you just point to the fix.
- Close fast, get paid fast. These aren't drawn-out enterprise deals. Owners feel the pain now and move quickly, so you're funding merchants and stacking commissions week to week.
- Build a book that keeps paying. Stay on top of your pipeline and follow-ups, and every merchant you fund pushes you toward your next tier, with no cap on the top.
What we're looking for:
- Phone or video closing experience (B2B or high-ticket preferred)
- Comfortable running a consultative sales conversation with a business owner
- Self-motivated and consistent, this is remote and performance-driven
- Coachable, we train you on the offer and the compliance side
Compensation:
- $450 per funded merchant, moving to $550 per deal after your 8th in a month
- 1099, paid on funded accounts (actively processing), fully uncapped
- First-month recoverable draw to cover your ramp
- Realistic part-time closers fund several a month; full-time and motivated goes well beyond that, with no cap
