Afternoon/evening coverage needed. Saturday morning and early morning availability for potential sub coverage, not necessary though. Personal training also a potential add on to group class hours.
Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistent product of excellence to members and guests.

Warm up classes, explain workout format, including demonstrations, progressions and regressions of each exercise.

Supervise and teach technique, provide variations, motivate and encourage clients during workout session.

Lead cool-down of various stretches.

Promote and advocate Iron Bond Fitness brand and establish strong relationships to grow client base.
