Our childcare facility is looking for a Lead Teacher for our younger preschool class who can help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children’s development. The Teacher will be responsible for monitoring and teaching the children in our program, implementing the curriculum so that the children will respond positively and partnering with our team to enhance the learning environment at our school. We run a clean and healthy academy that is sanitized daily. We offer a program that allows each child to grow and develop at their own pace. Our teachers provide hands-on individual instruction with small group size classrooms (and all materials for all creative activities are provided).
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
- Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, lunch time and rest time for students
Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish a positive relationship with parents and children.
