- What You Will Do
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, plating, and service as assigned.
- Set up and maintain serving lines, dining areas, and workstations.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen equipment, utensils, tables, counters, and service areas.
- Restock supplies, support dishroom needs, and help with breakdown after service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and client-specific procedures.
- Communicate with supervisors and VeloStaff support when assignment needs change.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous food service, cafeteria, hospitality, or kitchen experience preferred but not always required.
- Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25-50] lbs as required by assignment.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Must meet assignment-specific screening, uniform, safety, and onboarding requirements.
Compensation, Schedule & Opportunity Type
- Pay Range: $15-$25/hour, based on assignment, market, shift, and experience.
