Responsibilities
- Safely operate limousine and other chauffeur-driven vehicles, including shuttle buses and box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Navigate efficiently using GPS navigation systems and navigation software to ensure timely arrivals at destinations
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of vehicles through routine inspections and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic conditions and client preferences to optimize travel time
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules and address any concerns during trips
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine driving, shuttle driving, bus driving, or school bus driving
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; appropriate chauffeur or commercial driver’s license preferred
- Strong knowledge of navigation software and GPS systems for efficient route planning
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Experience operating various vehicle types including limousine, box truck, or bus is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities calmly in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards
