As a Charity Account Representative, you will enter a training program focused on sales outreach and client engagement. The Charity Account Representative will engage with our clients in person, learning to connect with them, share our charity missions, and generate the support that keeps programs running. Role Responsibilities of the Charity Account Representative
- Contribute to in-person event planning by assisting with logistics, timelines, and resource allocation for charity initiatives.
- Collaborate in person with Charity Account Representatives to ensure seamless coordination among vendors, volunteers, and clients.
- Engage with our clients in person to share the charity’s mission and inspire sales of merchandise or contributions.
- Facilitate donor interactions by providing information and creating opportunities for meaningful connections.
- Set up event spaces with displays, signage, and materials that effectively promote the charity’s cause.
- Promote event-related sales, such as merchandise or sponsorships, to support fundraising goals.
