Pro-Tek Services of Central Florida, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business, providing superior pest and termite services since 1989. We are growing rapidly and looking to add an experienced Service Manager to our team!
Your Opportunity:
As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee 8 technicians, who provide a variety of different pest and termite services, including GHP, preventative pre-construction soil treatments and wood treatments, WDO's, annual renewal inspections, termite warranty services and final vertical perimeter treatments. You will also organize and oversee all vehicle maintenance records and be in close communication with the technicians throughout the day regarding any issues that they may encounter. This position is best suited for people who show a strong commitment to the industry, are trustworthy, responsible, and who enjoy working independently!

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- FL State Certified in Termite and WDO
- 3+ Years of management experience
- Clear criminal background check
- Pass drug screen
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Experience driving large trucks such as Isuzu NPRs and Chevy 3500s
- Familiar with major truck parts and pump equipment, etc.
- Experience interviewing, hiring and firing technicians
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledge of PestPac mobile is a major plus
- Ability to work a full time schedule and be available to techs early am and late in the afternoon
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math skills
- Experience training technicians
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and be able to work outside in the FL climate
- Excellent knowledge of Florida geography

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
