We are a small, family-oriented veterinary practice with two doctors looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
Our practice believes that pets and their people should be treated like family. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
Position: Veterinary CSR
Part-Time | Competitive Wage | Training Provided
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with questions and general concerns
- Check clients in and out
- Communicate with our veterinary team and doctors
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets

- Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary environment
- Comfortable working with both people and pets
- Veterinary or CSR experience is NOT required — we will train the right candidate!
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work a variety of days and times
