Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $26-$32/hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus potential

Key responsibilities
- Trim carpentry
- Door and hardware installation
- Light framing such as deck construction, remodeling, exterior trim, siding, etc.
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall-related carpentry tasks
- Additional skills such as form setting and flatwork experience are preferred
- OSHA-10 preferred
Qualifications
- Carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or both
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Own basic carpentry tools
- Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana
- Ability to pass a background check
