We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Dentist (28.5 hours) to join our established fee-for-service private practice in Glenview. Our office focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern and collaborative environment.

Practice Overview
- Established fee-for-service model (no insurance write-offs)
- Emphasis on comprehensive general dentistry and long-term patient relationships
- Modern, well-equipped facility including:
- CBCT imaging
- Intraoral scanner

Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor (1099)
- 32% of production
- 50% of laboratory fees
- Fee-for-service environment with strong earning potential

Pay: $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
