Job Summary
Synergy Health 360 is seeking a skilled, personable, and results-driven Licensed Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing MedSpa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin through advanced aesthetic treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and staying current with the latest aesthetic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Skin Rejuvenation
- IPL/Photofacial treatments
- Chemical Peels
- Dermaplaning
- Hydrafacial
- Microneedling (if certified)
- Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations.
- Create customized treatment plans based on patient goals and skin concerns.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, post-care instructions, and skincare regimens.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR system.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Follow all Arizona licensing requirements, laser safety protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations.
- Assist physicians and nurse injectors with aesthetic procedures as needed.
- Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
- Participate in marketing events, promotions, and community outreach when requested.
- Stay current with new aesthetic technologies, skincare products, and treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Aesthetician License (Required)
- Current Arizona Laser Technician Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of MedSpa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laser treatments, skincare products, and facial procedures
- Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans and retail skincare products
- EMR experience is preferred

- Monday to Friday
