As a Server at The Arbor Company, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents every day by:
Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service with a hospitality-first approach
Building meaningful relationships with residents during every meal
Assisting residents with special dining requests and ensuring exceptional customer service
Working closely with the dining team to keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming
Helping create a warm, positive mealtime experience that residents look forward to
A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
