Position Overview
As a Front of House Manager, you’ll take charge of shift performance—ensuring outstanding hospitality, operational excellence, and a positive, compliant workplace. You’ll play a key role in driving results while upholding Razzoo’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
- Execute company initiatives (menu rollouts, promotions, training programs)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Maintain proper staffing levels and readiness for every shift
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and reduce waste
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall restaurant ambiance
- Complete closing duties including reporting, cash handling, and security procedures
- Troubleshoot POS systems and support back-office functions
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Razzoo’s values
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (FOH preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven culture
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
