MHS is seeking a Senior Administrative Secretary to support the school’s Career and Technical Education Department. The Senior Administrative Secretary provides administrative support to the Director of Career and Technical Education. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations for the department and the scholastics team. This is a twelve-month on-site position that compensates between $22.91 and $30.59 an hour (based on years of experience), plus an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include
Managing complex and dynamic scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Collaborating extensively within MHS and participating in committees as needed.
Ensuring timely and effective communication with staff, students, and external partners.
Preparing documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintaining databases and ensuring records retention protocols are followed.
Providing budget oversight and processing of financial transactions.
Handling special projects.
Providing other administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively.
