What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve greater independence. Every day is different and rewarding!
Your Responsibilities
- Support individuals in developing daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household management.
- Assist with personal care and promote healthy, independent routines.
- Encourage community involvement through recreational, social, and educational activities.
- Help individuals build money management and budgeting skills.
- Assist with medication administration and accompany clients to medical appointments.
- Implement individualized goals and support plans designed to help clients thrive.
- Provide coaching and support with job readiness and vocational skills.
- Build positive relationships while celebrating personal achievements and milestones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience (less than 1 year acceptable)
