We are a growing, high-energy practice looking for motivated "people people" who want a career, not just a job. You do not need to be a certified or licensed optician to apply. If you bring the hustle and the positive vibes, we will provide full, hands-on training from day one and we’ll even pay for your official certification and state licensing!

What Your Days Will Look Like
You will get to master the art of vision care by blending style, clinical collaboration, and awesome customer service:
- Patient Experience: Welcome patients with a warm smile and set the tone for an amazing experience.
- Doctor Consultation & Patient Hand-off: Work side-by-side with our eye doctors! You will pick up patients right from the exam room, listen to the doctor's personalized recommendations, and transition them to the optical floor to turn those recommendations into reality.
- Consultative Sales (Optical Styling): Help patients find their perfect look! You’ll confidently guide them through selecting premium frames and customizing lens packages that fit their unique lifestyle and personality.

- You Have Quick Fingers: Proficient typing and data-entry skills are a must for navigating our electronic records system efficiently.
- You’re Dependable: You possess a stellar work ethic, great communication skills, and a desire to learn a fascinating new trade.
