We are currently hiring one Lead in Training and one Cleaning Technician. Both positions begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as our company continues to grow.

Lead in Training Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning.
- Learn leadership responsibilities while working alongside experienced team members.
- Assist with training, quality control, and client communication.
- Grow into a leadership position as opportunities become available.
Cleaning Technician Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning.
- Follow company cleaning systems and checklists.
- Work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
- Treat every client's home with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Schedule
- Part-time to start.
- Opportunity to grow into full-time.
- Monday through Thursday with Fridays scheduled as needed.
