Base: $15/hr + Performance Bonuses | OTE $50,000–$86,000+/year (full-time)

By Design Dental Implant Center is a boutique, surgeon-led implant practice in King of Prussia, PA. We have three surgeons, a general dentist, and an in-house anesthesiologist under one roof. Our cases are complex, high-stakes, and life-changing for the patient.
As a Patient Setter, you will often be the first voice a patient hears after years of suffering in silence. Your call is not a sales call. It is the doorway to a transformation.

The Role
You will work a consistent remote schedule calling, texting, and following up with inbound leads, people who have already raised their hand and asked about treatment. Your job is to convert that interest into a booked in person consultation.
This is a high-activity, high-empathy role. You are not cold calling strangers. You are guiding people who are scared, skeptical, and hopeful and getting them to take the next step.
What Success Looks Like
- 100+ outbound calls per full 8-hour shift (pro-rated for shorter shifts)
- Consistent follow-up via text and phone across your full pipeline
- High show rate on the consultations you book
- Empathetic, on-script conversations that build trust quickly
- Clean pipeline management in our CRM - every call logged, every outcome tracked
Compensation
Base Pay: $15/hour for all shifts
Performance Bonuses (on top of base):
- $30 for every patient who shows up to the consultation you booked
- $150 for every patient who moves forward to surgery from your appointment
Earnings Example (strong month, not a guarantee):
- Full-time base (~160 hrs/month): $2,400
- 60 patient shows × $30: $1,800
- 20 surgeries × $150: $3,000
- Total: $7,200 that month
Top setters who consistently drive surgery volume can earn significantly more. Your output determines your income.
Available Shifts
- Weekday full shift: 9am – 5pm EST
- Weekday evening shift: 5pm – 9pm EST
- Weekend shift: 10am – 4pm EST
We are looking for people who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule for at least 6 months.
Who This Is For
- You have 1–3+ years of appointment setting, SDR, or outbound phone experience
- You are comfortable making 100+ calls in a shift and being measured on results
- You can hold an empathetic, calm conversation with someone in a vulnerable moment
- You follow a process, take coaching seriously, and improve from feedback
- You show up on time, work your full shift, and treat every lead with care
- You are looking for a role where your performance directly drives your income
