Job Title: Financial Service Advisor
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will focus on case preparation, enhancing client meeting effectiveness and excel at client relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in the financial services industry; this role provides a foundation to explore various paths within the firm, including development into a Lead Advisor.
Responsibilities:
2nd Chair to Advisor(s)
- Prepares all necessary material and preps Lead Advisors for all client meetings to ensure agenda and deliverables are ready.
- Attends all client meetings to facilitate thorough documentation, meeting summaries, action items, and follow-through with the client and team.
- Owns and leads the follow through and execution of action items from all meetings.
- Facilitates and monitors progress throughout the initial planning experience, onboarding, and ongoing reviews.
- Creates and manages workflows and tasks to ensure quality and timely execution.
Plan Creation
- Serves as liaison w/ H.O. FPS to send and review Plans.
- Reviews completed plans for accuracy, quality, and case strategy opportunities.
- Prepares questions and presents @ Case Strategy Meetings.
- Identifies and provides feedback to Leadership for planning and client experience enhancement.
Client Relationship Management and Service
- Serves existing clients as the initial point of contact for ongoing service questions and advice.
- Identifies service and advice requests for Lead Advisor involvement and/or collaboration.
- Manages client reviews schedule to ensure timely connections are completed.
Planning and Investment Support
- Supports Director of Investments and Planning in miscellaneous requests, as capacity allows.
- Supports miscellaneous project assignments.
Qualification and Skills
- Life Accident and Health Exam
- Series 7 and 63 preferred (will consider Series 6 in lieu of Series 7)
- CFP® designation preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly proactive, engaged and motivated to learn and continue professional development
- Polished presentation
- Excels in collaborative, team environment
- Adaptive to change
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general
Experience
- 1 to 5 Yr+ Industry
- 1 to 5 Yr+ Financial Planning Concepts
- 1 to 5 Yr+ Investments and Insurance

Competitive Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000 base salary, PLUS competitive bonus
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
