Melchor & Co, an authorized retailer of AT&T products and services, is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Keizer, OR. As an authorized AT&T retailer, we help customers find the products, services, and solutions that best fit their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in sales and customer service.We provide paid training and ongoing development. Retail Sales Associates will work directly with customers, answer questions, educate them on AT&T products and services, and support daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Help shoppers identify products and services that fit their needs
- Educate customers on available promotions, pricing, and product features
- Assist customers with AT&T products, services, account-related questions, and support options
- Attend ongoing training sessions focused on sales techniques and customer communication
- Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting performance expectations

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required

- Full-time schedule
- Weekend availability may be required
