ONBOARDING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Tampa, 33607 - Part Time (W2)
8AM-4PM - 3 days per week
$18-24ph dependant on experience

That means this role is about much more than administration - you're one of the very first people our new agents get to know. You'll be the friendly face on their onboarding calls, the person answering their questions, keeping them on track, and making sure they feel supported from day one.
If you love talking to people, enjoy staying organized, and naturally bring positive energy into every conversation, you'll probably love this role.
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and enjoys building relationships. Someone who doesn't wait to be asked what needs doing - they notice things, take ownership, and genuinely enjoy helping people succeed.
No insurance experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Executive Operations Lead to guide every new agent through their onboarding journey.
A typical day might include:
- Hosting onboarding calls with new agents via Google Meet
- Speaking with agents by phone throughout the day to answer questions and keep them progressing
- Following up by text and email
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and energetic first impression of Prosper
- Keeping onboarding organized so nothing falls through the cracks
- Updating CRM records and internal systems accurately
- Managing documentation and administrative tasks throughout the onboarding process
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to agent enquiries promptly
- Supporting the wider operations team as our business continues to grow
This is a people-first role. You'll spend a large part of your day communicating with new agents, so being comfortable speaking on camera, over the phone, and in writing is essential.
