Sea & Land Yacht Works is a growing marine electrical, electronics, and propulsion company specializing in advanced yacht systems including lithium battery systems, marine electronics, solar, charging systems, and custom electrical installations.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, inventory, and projects running smoothly during our busy season.

What You'll Do
This position supports our office and field technicians by ensuring jobs move efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing customer invoices
- Coordinating job documentation and ensuring technician notes are complete
- Receiving, checking in, and organizing incoming parts and deliveries
- Maintaining inventory and restocking commonly used materials
- Organizing parts by job and preparing materials for upcoming projects
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating technician calendars
- Providing customers with project and order status updates
- Managing vendor communications and purchase orders
- Return shipments for warranty returns
- Management of Ecommerce site
- Keeping our CRM and digital records accurate and organized
- Answering phones and directing customer inquiries professionally
- Assisting with general office administration and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include:
- Administrative, office coordination, dispatch, or operations experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or job management software is a plus
- Marine industry experience is helpful but not required
