Job details:
The Delivery Driver Trainee will receive training to be able to achieve efficient and quality pick up, relocation, delivery, installation and networking of office equipment in a safe manner. The Trainee will be responsible for successful completion of the Delivery Driver Trainee program including proficiency in equipment, technology, productivity and safety standards, including but not limited to:

Completion of assigned Pro Tread Courses.

Meet driving standards including successful completion of Smith System Training, road test and safety compliance (i.e. hard brakes, accidents, driving violations, etc.).

Display proficiency in phone usage (mobilelink, FMHH, DOT logs, Toner App, GPS).

Display excellent customer interaction skills (pre-call, training on new device, networking, internal/external customers.

Accurately complete pre/post trip inspections.

Successful completion of driver install program/training.

Loading and strapping proficiency.

Safety program involvement.

Proficiency in use of delivery equipment (i.e. stairclimber, dolly, pallet jack, etc.).
