As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons, caring for patients throughout their treatment journey, and helping ensure a seamless clinical experience. Assist surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment

Monitor patients during procedures and assist with anesthesia monitoring

Obtain vital signs and ensure patient readiness for treatment

Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative patient education
-
Review treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed

Obtain medical clearances and assist patients throughout their care journey

Deliver a positive and compassionate patient experience

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standards
-
Produce quality radiographic images using proper techniques
-
Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment
-
Build positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers

Communicate effectively in a professional and compassionate manner

Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support practice operations

Basic CPR Certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Commitment to patient-centered care

Hepatitis B Vaccination and Titer

TB Testing/Titer as required

Dental Assisting Certification

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assisting experience

Previous surgical or specialty dental experience
