Strands Salon in East Sacramento is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team that has been in business for 20 years! In this role, you will deliver exceptional Aveda skin care aesthetic treatments that enhance clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, body treatments, and aesthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and inspired. As a licensed professional, you will also educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion with precision and care.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following infection control procedures and sanitation guidelines to ensure client safety at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Promote retail products and skincare solutions through engaging sales techniques that benefit clients’ skin health.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician.
- Proven experience performing aesthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, infection control practices, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
