## Job Overview
We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
## Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take reservations and manage the seating chart
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide menus and explain menu items to guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
## Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems, experience with Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed
- Prior experience in customer service or guest services is beneficial
