Heavy Equipment Mechanic
JLG Authorized Service Center (Factory Training Available)
*Job pay based on experience ($25-$45)
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and dedicated Heavy Equipment Mechanic with 5+ years experience with heavy equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills and a record of strong performance and attendance. Your job will be in the shop as Heavy Equipment Mechanic. The position will include heavy lifting of 50+ lbs. You will repair, rebuild, and disassemble diesel-powered Rough Terrain Forklifts known as Telehandlers. We work daytime hours Monday-Friday–no weekend work. Full time or part time positions available.

Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
- Repair and rebuilt axles, differentials, planetaries, and hydraulic cylinders
- Troubleshoot and repair 4 and 6 cylinder diesel engines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic control issues.
- Inventory equipment and supplies.
- Operate small shop crane, warehouse forklifts, and telehandler forklifts.
- Welding skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Heavy Equipment repair: 5 years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 7 years (Required)
