Seasons of Balance is a small Health Care Company specializing in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna sessions, and Halotherapy (Dry salt therapy). We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented individual to run the front desk and be the first point of contact for questions about how we can support community members with health and wellness.
Our treatment spaces are located inside Lakeland Natural Medicine. Seasons of Balance is one of the Associated Providers of this organization. As a member of our team, you get to enjoy free Float Therapy, Halotherapy, and Sauna use along with discounted rates on Acupuncture.
Duties:
- Check in and schedule clients
- Answer phone and respond to emails
- Process payments
- Laundry
- Clean float suite & treatment rooms between clients
- Interact with clients to answer first line questions on services and products
- Guide first time users on float therapy, infrared sauna, and halotherapy
Part time position: M-F 9-3pm

- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft office and google documents
- Has experienced Acupuncture or at the very least an openness to its benefits for self or others
This position is focused on Seasons of Balance operations, but you will be trained to field questions that may be asked of Lakeland Natural Medicine in general. Acupuncturists at Seasons of Balance work collaboratively with Salt, Sauna, and Float offerings along with referral to other Lakeland Natural Medicine practitioners to increase continuity of care for their clients.
