Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones & Greeting Guests
- Work closely with management to organize daily reservations
- Participate in event sales and execution.
- Anticipate customers' needs to ensure they have the best experience possible
- Take room service orders and take-out orders
- Accurately record orders and payments.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their orders when appropriate.
- Resolve customer service issues, such as special requests, complaints, or problems.
- Help return bills to customers at the table.
- Be on time for each shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
