We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Post Closer to join our dynamic real estate team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, supporting the successful completion closings and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Distribute final loan documents, HOA checks, realtor checks, etc.
- Verify Accuracy and completeness of documents, legal descriptions, signatures, notary acknowledgements, etc.
- Submit documents for recording
- Assist in clearing any post closing issues
