In this role, you’ll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes.
As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most.

What You’ll Do
-
Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
-
Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly
-
Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
-
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing

1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Active Montana LPN license
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re-certification every 2 years)

IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program
