We're hiring for Leones' Creamery in downtown Spearfish! Part-time and full-time positions available! Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have availability throughout the year.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include scooping/serving ice cream, maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area, light kitchen tasks, and communicating effectively with fellow team members. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer
- Take orders accurately using Square POS
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of serving and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a successful experience for both customers and employees
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
