Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Specalist to support our production team. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, works well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to safety and efficiency. Experience with lasers and forklift certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Forklift certification and/or laser equipment experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, push, and pull materials regularly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
