About CoaterZ
CoaterZ is a premium automotive restyling and protection shop specializing in ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vinyl wraps, bed liners, and aftermarket accessories. We are growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can close deals, deliver exceptional customer experience, and help expand our client base.
Responsibilities
- Sell CoaterZ services: ceramic coatings, PPF, tint, wraps, and bed liners.
- Sell aftermarket car and truck accessories (lighting, wheels, interior/exterior upgrades, etc.).
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Greet walk‑ins, respond to leads, and follow up with potential customers.
- Educate customers on product benefits, service options, and proper care.
- Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Log all leads, interactions, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive, dealership, or aftermarket accessory sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of ceramic coatings, PPF, tint, wraps, and aftermarket accessories.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable using CRMs, smartphones, and social media.
- Professional appearance and confident presence.
Pay: $75,000 – $180,000 per year (performance based)
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Location: Lutz, FL (In person)

Experience:
- Automotive sales: 5 years (Preferred)
