Looking for a friendly, accurate service person to join our front counter team.
The Bakery Sales Associate we need is a friendly, people-centric, detail-oriented team player that would love nothing more than to banter with our regular customers as you fill their orders. At times the bakery is very busy, and the pastries seem to fly out of the case. These are the times when your accuracy and friendliness will shine, and the hours will speed by. There are also times in every shift when the customers slow down, and you get the opportunity to chat with your co-workers while you restock the shelves and perform other routine tasks setting up for the next rush. It is this attitude that is most appreciated on both sides of the counter. On our team, it doesn’t matter who does which task on the checklist, everyone pitches in wherever they are needed.
