Dr. Said Ibrahimi, M.D. Q.M.E, has over 14 years of experience as a leading board-certified neurologist with a subspecialty in Brain Injury Medicine, tending to his expansive cohort of Adult patients, and additionally providing care for Personal Injury (P.I.) and Worker’s Compensation cases. With his extensive training and sub-speciality, Dr. Ibrahimi specializes in the treatment and management of conditions such as strokes, TIAs, dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease, epilepsy, nerve and muscle dysfunction, and many more. As a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q.M.E.) Dr. Ibrahimi also offers medical-legal services such as Independent Medical Examinations, and Expert Witness Review.
Job Description:
We are looking for Referral / Intake Coordinator to join our team of Physicians, Office Staff, and Medical Personnel here at Bridge Medical! New graduates are welcome to apply pending the required certifications and appropriate training.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, and answer phones, faxes, emails, and other modes of communication as needed.
- Assist with inter-office communication within our referral network
- Audit, manage, and engage with referral sources, and establish protocols to address any areas of concern
- Effective communication with medical staff to coordinate with all levels of patient management and meet clinic standards and demand.
- Punctual and respectful of office policies and procedures, as well as our patient base.
- Establish effective and culturally competent working relationships with medical and supporting staff, patients, and families.
- Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
- Additional tasks assigned by the supervising physician and / or supervising staff

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- 1 Year of Clinical Experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year of EMR / EHR Experience (Practice Fusion/EPIC) (Preferred)
