Are you friendly, reliable, and love connecting with people over great food? We're looking for front of house team members to join our relaxed and welcoming Mediterranean restaurant. Our vibe is warm, casual, and community-driven-think fresh food, good music, and easygoing service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guest with a smile and make them feel right at home.
- Take orders and serve food and drinks with confidence and ease.
- Operate Toast POS system and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces, service counters and restrooms.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are met consistently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and operational procedures.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Pay: $19.29 - $23.00 per hour
