What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Physical Therapy, your work will center around helping patients move better, feel stronger, recover from injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
You will use your clinical reasoning, hands-on skills, exercise prescription, patient education, and communication to create meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients and identify impairments, functional limitations, goals, and treatment priorities.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s condition, goals, referral, and clinical presentation.
- Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, and sports-related conditions.
- Provide skilled Physical Therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, modalities, and patient education.
- Guide exercise progressions and modify treatment plans as patients improve.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
- Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, trust, and consistent care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare providers to support strong patient outcomes.
- Communicate with other clinicians to discuss patient cases, share ideas, and improve care delivery.

What We Are Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy required.
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.

- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required for new graduates.
