WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
CMA Innovative Logistics is hiring experienced Independent Contract Drivers for high-volume last-mile delivery routes in the Durham, NC area. This is NOT a learning curve role — we want drivers who know the work, show up, and get it done.
If you have experience with Amazon DSP, FedEx Ground, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, Roadie, Spark, Veho, or similar — you already know what this is. Apply now.
WHAT YOU WILL EARN (Weekly Pay)
- Standard Routes: $600 – $1,000/week (smaller vehicles or part-time)
- Full-Time Routes: $1,000 – $1,600/week (consistent schedule, mid-size vehicle)
- Maximum Yield Routes: $2,000+/week (large cargo van, 5–7 days/week)
Your earnings scale with your vehicle size and days committed. Bigger vehicle + more days = bigger paycheck. Simple.
THE WORK
- Report to our Durham warehouse by 8:00 AM
- Load your vehicle and hit your assigned zone
- Average 60–120+ stops per day
- Routes cover: Clayton, Smithfield, Selma, Benson, Angier, Wake Forest, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Louisburg, Franklinton, Youngsville, Henderson, Kittrell, and Spring Hope
VEHICLE TYPES (Larger = Higher Earning Priority)
- High-Roof Cargo Vans — Top Priority
- Sprinter Vans / Standard Cargo Vans
- Transit Connects / Minivans
- SUVs / Mid-to-Full-Size Sedans
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior last-mile or package delivery experience (required)
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving history
- Reliable smartphone for routing and scanning
- Ability to lift and sort packages throughout the day
- Background check and MVR consent required
- Applicants with criminal histories welcome — subject to customer compliance guidelines
