Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate the POS system for cash handling and order processing efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and café areas, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
