About the Opportunity
A new rooftop bar experience is coming to South Boston on top of the stylish Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown-South Boston. We are looking for skilled, energetic, and hospitality focused Bartenders to join our opening team and help create one of Boston’s premier nightlife destinations.
Located in the heart of South Boston, this rooftop venue will feature elevated cocktails, lively nightlife, and an unforgettable atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high energy opening and grow with an expanding hospitality team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, beer, and wine
Engage with guests while creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere
Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations
Assist with opening, closing, and inventory procedures
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience required
Experience in high volume bars, restaurants, lounges, or nightlife venues preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of craft cocktails and spirits is a plus
Must meet all state alcohol service requirements
Pay: $6.75 per hour
