Your Role:
- Follow up with inbound opportunities and convert them into signed clients and closings
- Build real relationships with clients and understand what they actually need so you can guide them properly
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations with confidence
- Show homes, host open houses, and present offers
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close
- Stay consistent with daily activity, follow-up, and communication
- Continue building your pipeline and growing your business within the system
- Develop strong knowledge of your local market so you can confidently advise clients
Who You Are:
- Licensed Realtor in Florida
- A self-starter who wants to build a real career, not just “try” real estate
- Someone who enjoys working with people and genuinely wants to help clients win
- Team-oriented with the understanding that collaboration drives bigger results
- Hungry, motivated, and ready to put in the work
- Comfortable on the phone or willing to push through the discomfort to grow
- Serious about building a scalable, long-term business
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (required)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using technology or willing to learn quickly
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized with solid time management habits
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
