We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff to assist with company events, client activations, and promotional activities throughout the Hollywood area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in team environments and supporting event operations from setup through completion.

Assist with event setup, staging, and breakdown

Organize event materials, displays, and equipment

Welcome and assist guests during events

Provide on-site support to event coordinators and team members

Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces

Help distribute promotional materials and event information

Follow event schedules and operational guidelines

Support general event logistics as needed

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and move event materials as needed

Pay: $17–$27 per hour (experience-based)
