We are currently seeking a Campus Administrative Support Representative for our Gurnick Academy, Sacramento Campus. This is a ground position working at the Sacramento, CA Campus

Basic Function
The Campus Administrative Support Representative reports to the Campus Director and provides essential administrative and clerical support for the Campus Leadership team. This will be accomplished through maintenance of the central calendar system, production of agendas, minutes and related documentation for campus meetings, and the processing of new hires and terminations. The incumbent will provide daily support to the Campus Director, including scheduling, handling campus orders, managing facility needs and responding to phone calls and inquiries. The position requires a high level of discretion in handling onboarding and other confidential information.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma, College Courses Preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to quickly learn software for data entry and report generation
- Organizational knowledge of educational institutions
- One year of experience in similar position is preferred
