Overview
As a jewelry assembler and quality assurance inspector for Brook and York, you will play a crucial role in the customization of our jewelry pieces, ensuring quality, and accuracy of each order. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who likes working in an autonomous environment, taking pride in their craftmanship and contributing to the team and success of a thriving jewelry brand!
Responsibilities:

Move jewelry through production line from customization, to boxing and shipping adhering to quality standards

Retrieve jewelry items from inventory and inspect them for quality

Skillfully customize each piece by incorporating specific birthstones or engravement requests by customers

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to positive work environment

Carry out quality checks through each stage of the process, identifying any issues or defects

Embrace autonomy of role, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to creative process

Demonstrate proactive and independent approach to problem solving

Lead, Train and mentor employees on best practices to ensure the team’s success in several stations across the warehouse
