Responsibilities:
-Must be experienced in troubleshooting and installing HVAC units.
-Punching Apartments (get all apartments ready for move in)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks-appliance repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
- Must have plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience
- HVAC Certified/Skilled -Pool Certified (preferred)
