We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to become the face of our office. This is much more than a traditional office position—you'll be an important part of helping customers through the exciting journey of designing and building their dream home.
If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail, and like seeing projects come together from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Welcome visitors to our office and create an outstanding first impression
- Give tours of our model homes to prospective customers
- Help customers explore floor plans and available home options
- Assist customers in selecting colors, finishes, and design features for their new home
- Follow up with prospective and current customers throughout the building process
- Create and schedule Facebook and social media posts
- Assist with customer files, paperwork, and general office administration
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Support the sales and management team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and social media
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, interior design, or office administration is a plus, but not required
