I am seeking an experienced subcontractor to complete a small residential basement framing and drywall project.
Scope of Work
- Frame approximately 33 linear feet of non-load-bearing interior walls (92" height)
- Install R-13 batt insulation in all new wall cavities
- Hang 5/8" Type X drywall on both sides of all new walls
- Tape, mud, sand, and finish to a Level 4 finish
- Prime and paint all newly installed drywall
- Install one pre-hung solid-core interior door with casing and hardware
- Perform minor electrical work:
- Extend/relocate wiring as needed
- Install 2 standard duplex outlets
- Reinstall existing dimmer switch
- Test all electrical upon completion
Project Details
- Existing exposed basement ceiling remains open (no ceiling work)
- No baseboard installation
- No flooring
- No additional basement finishing
- Clean workmanship and daily job site cleanup required
Requirements
- Experience with residential framing and drywall finishing
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and communicate well
Pay: $1,500.00 per day
